Based on just a little while comparing, I'd say Rise is somewhere between World's mid and high settings with maybe more aggressive sharpening? That being said, World on High on the Deck runs at a better framerate than Rise, and at 720p. Mid is better, but it still looks worse than when it's on high or one of the variable framerate/resolution settings. World does look pretty bad on low, even though the framerate is high. I'm doing a side-by-side right now, and I do think World looks better (even though the title screen and Buddy Plaza music are hitting me hard!). Was performance significantly different between the two?

Oh shoot, yeah, it was the OG release (I never did pick up the SE on PC).
